Read MoreWe don't impose wellness routines onto nature — we learn from the rhythms already there. Water teaches breath awareness. Trees teach grounding. The seasons teach adaptation.
Real change happens gradually. We're not chasing quick fixes or dramatic transformations. Our programs run year-round so you can experience the full cycle and understand what sustainable wellness actually means.
Some days you'll walk with a group. Other days you'll paddle alone. Both are essential. We've designed programs that honor the need for connection and the need for quiet reflection.
Farm-to-table isn't trendy at our retreat — it's practical. When you know where your food comes from and taste vegetables picked that morning, eating becomes part of your wellness practice, not separate from it.
Each program combines physical activity, mindfulness, and genuine time away from daily demands. No screens during meal times. No artificial pressure. Just you, the lake, and quiet space to think.
Small groups on calm mornings. We focus on breath, paddle rhythm, and noticing how your body responds to movement on water. Sessions run year-round — each season offers different light and wildlife.
Walking at a pace where you can actually notice things. We cover about 3-4 miles, stop frequently, and use sensory awareness prompts. You'll recognize birds, plants, and the forest's rhythms by season's end.
Our decks overlook the water. Sessions adapt to weather — you're learning to practice in real conditions, not climate-controlled studios. Morning practice when the light is soft, evening sessions when you're ready to slow down.
Meals prepared from what local farms harvested this week. You'll eat vegetables you've never tried, understand seasonal availability, and feel the difference when food isn't shipped from far away.
